Baggy or puffy eyes, dark circles, and fine lines are all things you can prevent by getting an adequate amount of rest. Sleep is our bodies restoration period, we NEED it for more than just energy throughout the day. Look refreshed tomorrow by hitting the sack early tonight!

4. Blow some steam. Stress is notorious for causing our skin to look subpar. Although we cannot always avoid stressors in our lives, we can decide how we are going to deal with them. Find your happy place and what makes you feel relaxed! Its different for everyone. For me, it’s going for a long run outside. This instantly makes me feel rejuvenated, happier, and less stressed. But remember, your happy place also needs to be a healthy place!
