The mission of She is More is to Reveal Identity, Radiate Confidence, and Reign with Purpose. Kristen leads a women’s bible study in LA and shares a motivational speaking ministry, Wolfe Pack Media with her husband Kris, founder of They just completed a speaking tour in Australia on Revealing Identity & Designing Dreams. Kristen majored in Psychology and Spanish at East Carolina University. As a renaissance woman with a love for the performing arts, Kristen also models & acts in Hollywood and is the National Spokesmodel for LA Fitness & appears in multiple national commercials. She and her husband Kris have a vision for revolutionizing a generation of men and women to rise up to their true identities and ultimately cultivating healthy & loving relationships.

Raquel Dorsey, Wife Life


Raquel is absolutely fascinated by grace and the love of God. She finds joy in the simple pleasures of this life. She is a new wife that is captivated by her husband daily. Her days are a blend of her creative interests. A self proclaimed “Jill of all Trades”, Raquel was Miss California USA 2008, who can now be found in the Children’s Ministry at Rock Harbor Church, heading the creative development side of her non-profit, modeling with Brand in Orange County, being a helper to her husband at his restaurant in Newport Beach, taking pictures of God’s artistry or fixated on the pages of a new book. Always looking for an excuse to entertain at their home, try a new recipe or make a mess, Raquel truly loves people and wants nothing more than to encourage others, in faith, by sharing her tests that are now a part of her  testimony and glorifying her awesome Maker.


Kalyn Hemphill, Inspiration

Kalyn-7Kalyn is originally from Texas and now lives in Los Angeles, CA. She began performing in theatre and modeling at an early age and moved to New York after completing high school to pursue modeling, acting and singing opportunities. She has appeared in numerous TV shows and commercials and you might recognize her as the winning model from Project Runway and Model of the Runway Season 6.

Kalyn is on the leadership team for Models for Christ in Los Angeles and New York, loves volunteering with Red Eye Inc. and is passionate about raising autism awareness, as both of her brothers are on the autism spectrum. Kalyn also enjoys traveling, anything outdoors, singing, dancing and laughing until it hurts. Psalm 37:4

 Kayla Moore, Bullying & Inspiration

image1.jpgKayla Moore is an actress and model from Birmingham, AL. Kayla was constantly bullied growing up. “The kids used to call me names like Deaf Girl, due to my hearing impairment, ” Kayla says. “At an early age I became very accustomed to others both underestimating my abilities and the power of the lord.” At 13 months of age she both fought and won a tiring fight against a rare childhood cancer, but she did not let those things stop her.

Kayla says. “My only hope is that I can use my story to help encourage society that before you pass judgment on a person for his or her abilities, take the time to get to know them first. They’ll likely surprise the heck out of you.” Knowing firsthand just how cruel the world can be, she strives to inspire those around her and bring a story of hope to others living with similar challenges.

Amy Young, Devotions & Inspiration


Originally from Oregon, Amy is a professional makeup artist based out of Southern California. Since moving to LA, she is making her way  in the film and television industry. While in the beauty industry, Amy would love to change the beauty “ideal.” She  has a passion for women and girls to understand their true worth and identity. She spends her time volunteering with Unlikely Heros, an anti-human trafficking organization. She plans to travel and speak into the lives of those all around the world.


Kate Scoggins, Wife Life


  A free spirit achiever, Kate Scoggins originally hails from a rustic Native American beach town in Rhode Island. She and her writer/director husband have lived in the City of Angels since 2002. Passionately committed to encouraging women in various walks of life, she serves as a respected leader of several communities devoted to inspiring hope in the hearts of single women, wives, and young mothers. A mother to three girls, lover of all things food and nature, and an amateur photographer, Kate presently writes for Darling Magazine ( and her personal blog ( She resides with her family on a mountain in Los Angeles.

Lauren Sergesketter, Inspiration & Prayers


 Lauren Sergesketter is a bridal consultant, music teacher, and wedding coordinator in Holland, Indiana. She grew up in the same tiny Lutheran church she still attends today and now acts as the youth choir director, senior choir accompanist, and co-youth leader with her two sisters. She can typically be found working odd jobs such as working at League Stadium dressed as a Rockford Peach, playing piano for high school musicals, sometimes even serving ice cream at The Windmill Chill. As a musician turned blogger, she can’t wait to see how She Is More reaches women of all types all over the world.


Rachel Linch, Prayers & Devotions


Rachel lives in Kansas and is studying Elementary Education and getting certified to teach Special Education and English Second to Other Languages. She has a heart for children and for women. She gave her life to Christ when she was 15 after losing her best friend in a one-car rollover accident on a gravel road. Her life was changed the day she accepted Christ into my heart. She says, “I do my best to love this world and the people in it so much because He has called me to love others as He has loved me. I have a passion for sharing how Christ is working in my life; I have battled some hard things at a young age and want to be able to reach as many people as I can with my story, because I know how hard it is for others to be vulnerable. Christ has led me to share my heart and I am just here to follow Him.”

Julia has a degree in Exercise Physiology from High Point University, where she worked as a Health & Wellness Consultant. As President of Kappa Delta Sorority, Julia collaborated heavily with organizations like Prevent Child Abuse America, The Girl Scouts & The Children’s Hospital of Richmond. She is a a former Miss NC Teen USA and has a heart for women in protecting their health by knowing and listening to their bodies. She believes prevention is key through proper education and has an incredible way of shedding tangible, palatable knowledge on fun, easy ways to enhance our health & beauty. “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you received from God? Maria Montgomery, Holistic Nutrition & Wellness


Maria was selected as Miss Kentucky USA 2009. This title allowed her to take part in numerous speaking and charity events across the state where she focused on making an impact in younger girls’ lives.

Maria is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and is in her last semester of her Master’s degree program through Western Kentucky University’s online program for speech language pathology. Although she is not a registered dietician, Maria studied nutrition through electives in college and continues to stay current on findings from evidence based studies on how food can be used to heal and nourish our bodies.
